Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before signing the accommodation agreement.

Payment Terms
  • 1.

    Monthly fee commitment for a minimum of one year.

  • 2.

    Payment due before 5th of every month.

  • 3.

    Late fine of ₹100/day after the 5th.

  • 4.

    A security deposit equivalent to one month's fee is required at the time of admission.

  • 5.

    Payment can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or cash at the office.

  • 6.

    Accommodation may be terminated after 2 months of non-payment.

Electricity & Utility Charges
  • 1.

    Electricity charges are extra and billed based on usage.

  • 2.

    Electricity charges will be calculated based on the meter reading or a fixed amount as per the agreement.

  • 3.

    Water charges are included in the monthly fee.

  • 4.

    Internet charges are included in the monthly fee, subject to fair usage policy.

Termination & Cancellation
  • 1.

    Early termination doesn't waive the one-year payment commitment unless approved by management.

  • 2.

    One month's notice is required before vacating the accommodation.

  • 3.

    Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

  • 4.

    The management reserves the right to terminate the accommodation agreement in case of rule violations or non-payment.

  • 5.

    Refunds are subject to management discretion and policy.

Security Deposit
  • 1.

    The security deposit will be refunded within 15 days of vacating the accommodation, subject to deductions for damages or dues.

  • 2.

    Security deposit refunds are adjusted for damages or dues.

  • 3.

    The room will be inspected for damages before the refund is processed.

  • 4.

    Normal wear and tear will not be considered as damage.

Facilities & Services
  • 1.

    The monthly fee includes accommodation, meals, internet, and basic amenities as specified in the agreement.

  • 2.

    Laundry services may be provided at an additional cost or as per the agreement.

  • 3.

    The management reserves the right to modify the facilities and services with prior notice.

  • 4.

    Temporary disruption in services due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances will not warrant a refund.

Liability & Insurance
  • 1.

    The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to the resident's personal belongings.

  • 2.

    Residents are advised to obtain personal insurance for their valuables.

  • 3.

    The management will not be liable for any injury or accident occurring on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.

  • 4.

    Residents are responsible for their guests and any damages caused by them.

These terms and conditions are subject to change. Residents will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions. By signing the accommodation agreement, residents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
